As the Sr. Director TM Controller & PoL Applications, you will be the Technical interface to R&D and customers, support technical Go-to-Market activities, provide Technical customer support on application and product level to secure design-ins. Does this sound exciting? If so, please apply today!

In your new role you will:

• Lead a team of Technical Marketing experts, ensuring the following output:
• Technical interface to R&D and customers, supports technical Go-to-Market activities, provides Technical customer support on application and product level to secure design-ins.
• Product development and application support of digital multi-phase controllers, integrated power stages and power modules in multiphase synchronous buck converter for computing, networking, communication and AI applications.
• Responsible for system architecture description, application requirements, definition of system concepts, right-fit product requirements, datasheet, system concept verification, reference designs and design-in collaterals.
• The impact of the role is on leading people and managing teams, not on own technical contribution
• Reporting to PL Head of Technical Marketing Head (GG16+)
• Acts as Technical Marketing head for a very large PL (leading >= three technical marketing roles: SAR, SAE, PDE, PAE)

Extensive size and/or growth of PL

• High revenues (>$400M in the past FY as per finance figures) OR Division committed to revenues of $400M within the bluebook period.
• Business critical products in Division (high strategic importance and/or fast growing)
• Leading a team with significant team size (>= 5 employees)

Global scope

• Technical Marketing Head may not be graded higher than PMK/PMG Head for same area of responsibility (PL)

You are best equipped for this task if you have

• a relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification
• a relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years)
• the total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways
• 15+ years power electronics working experience, thereof 5+ years relevant management experience
