We are seeking a compassionate and motivated RN to join our dynamic OB/GYN team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Patient Assessment & Triage – Evaluate incoming phone calls to determine urgency of symptoms, provide telephone triage, and guide patients to appropriate care (prenatal, urgent evaluation, or emergency).
• Care Coordination – Assist in coordinating urgent and routine care for obstetric and gynecologic needs, communicate with providers and team members to ensure timely, safe, coordinated care.
• Patient & Family Education – Educate patients on pregnancy, postpartum care, reproductive health, preventive screenings, and treatment plans; provide guidance on medications, prenatal care, contraception; offer ongoing emotional support and resources.
• Clinical Documentation & Follow Up – Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record; monitor patient progress, lab results, imaging, and coordinate follow‑up care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Experience:
  
  All levels considered. Prior experience in neurology or specialty care is a plus.
• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
