Position: High Touch Operations Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a High Touch Operations Analyst to join their team. As a High Touch Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Support Operations team supporting migration projects and partner engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the migration of legacy MSP partners ensuring data integrity and process adherence.
• Perform high-volume migration tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Investigate and troubleshoot migration blockers by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the migration process, providing clear and professional updates.
• Maintain accurate records and track migration progress within Salesforce and Excel, managing inquiries and technical issues via Zendesk.

What's Needed?

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience using Salesforce for data management and tracking.
• Demonstrated experience with Zendesk or similar ticket management systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify root causes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for external partner interactions.
