This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, some housekeeping experience, and a valid Michigan Driver's License. Responsibilities include operating grounds-care equipment, assisting in plumbing and electrical tasks, and maintaining cleanliness in housing units. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
