Junior Watch Officer

Responsibilities

The Watch Officer is expected to accomplish the following:

• Identifies, evaluates, and communicates violations to management.
• Develops tools and procedures to enhance surveillance of company property and materials.
• Monitors and oversees surveillance systems to ensure incidents are detected.
• Researches new methods and technologies to improve surveillance processes.
• Maintains data and monitors access.
• Conducts internal and external audits, and performs risk assessments.

• Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
• HS, 8-10 years of relevant experience; BS, 2-4 years; MS, 0-2 years
• CompTIA Security+ CE

• CySA+
• CEH
• GCIH
• CASP+
• CISSP
• CISA
• CRISC
• Security Control Assessor training
• RMF training
• Splunk certifications

The employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to lift up to 25 pounds; sometimes up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Target salary range: $93,000.00 - $. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
