Family Medicine NP​/PA off

Health Partners Riverway Anoka Clinic is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

The schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off model.

There is some flexibility with the schedule.

Thursday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Week 2:

Monday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: OFF

Friday: OFF

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: OFF
