RF-- Cleaning Operative

Mount Charles Group is one of the largest and privately owned soft facilities management, catering and ancillary service providers in Ireland. This role is for a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nitec Solutions, Antrim.

• 10 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9am – 11am

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service within the area of responsibility
• Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional manner
• Perform general cleaning tasks including offices, meeting rooms, toilets and other site areas
• Replenish all stocks within the area of responsibility
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and machines, keeping them clean and in good working order
• Familiarise oneself with and follow all company procedures and regulations
• Participate in the Health and Safety Policy, reporting any hazards to the line manager
• Ensure all offices, toilets and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations
• Report defective equipment, utensils, floor surfaces or other health and safety issues to the line manager

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is advantageous but not essential
• Previous customer service experience
• Current BICS qualifications
• Basic statutory training – adequate reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety and work instructions and customer communication
