This full-time Middle School Special Education teaching opportunity for the  school year focuses on a cross-categorical position with an emphasis on Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD). The role is designed for educators passionate about supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs within a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to middle school students with EBD and other special education needs
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to foster academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records aligned with state and district standards
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

• Valid Wisconsin DPI Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience working in an EBD classroom is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
