Dishwasher-Part time

Manpower -  - Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain facilities including offices, classrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established routines and standards;
Perform minor maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacements, ceiling tile repairs, and installing dispensers or signage;
Set up and take down furnishings and equipment for events and meetings based on customer requests and work orders;
Maintain exterior cleanliness and safety by removing waste, snow, ice, and leaves from entrances and immediate surroundings;
Respond to emergencies such as fire, flood, power outages, and severe weather, ensuring safety and security of all building occupants
