Position OverviewTo be successful in this role, you should be a self‑motivated, driven individual who supports and promotes a team atmosphere. Your daily tasks will include mixing nutrients, monitoring integrated pest management, and helping growers optimize crop production. You will learn the science of vertical farming, plant safety and health practices, and maintain a safe work environment. This position prepares for advancement in our grower track.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Perform structured grow maintenance tasks
- Execute basic functions in Grow Ops
- Conduct basic grow room audits
- Carry out pre‑ and post‑operation activities
- Complete other duties as assigned
- 1+ year of experience in a production grow environment preferred
- Basic plant physiology knowledge
- Basic knowledge or awareness of mechanical systems
