Platinum Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the maintenance of physical communities, equipment, and grounds across assisted living facilities in Wisconsin. The role involves performing repairs, overseeing maintenance schedules, and responding to emergency situations to provide a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of build maintenance experience, and strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. A valid Wisconsin driver's license is required.
