Overview
District Manager – Wisconsin District. The District Manager leads multi‑store operations, drives sales and financial performance, and develops talent across the district.

Responsibilities- Drive district sales, financial results and key performance indicators: sales, profit and loss categories, and program metrics.
- Analyze data and business trends to identify opportunities and conduct weekly store metric reviews.
- Monitor competitors and stay informed on industry and community trends.
- Execute plans that enable store teams to focus on community engagement and loyalty.
- Empower store managers to align on selling strategies that support individual store and market needs.
- Partner with store managers on 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day planning and remove roadblocks.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; ensure a diverse mix of backgrounds and perspectives.
- Onboard, train, and coach managers while providing feedback, recognition, and development.
- Implement strategic succession plans for future District, Store, and Assistant managers.
- Enforce company merchandising and presentation standards in every store.
- Validate the athlete experience throughout the district.
- Collaborate with business partners both in the field and at corporate.
- Build an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel safe and welcome.
- Brainstorm community partnership opportunities with store managers.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5‑7 years of experience in retail leadership, including 5+ years as a District Manager.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer‑service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Execution skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- In‑depth analytical skills and strong detail orientation.
- Superior organizational abilities and process‑oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
