Mindcolor Autism, named one of Glassdoor’s Top 50 Places to Work in 2025, is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team. The Community Liaison supports Mindcolor’s growth by serving as the "face" of the organization in the community. This role focuses on executing the boots-on-the-ground outreach strategy directed by the Director of Growth and Partnerships.

Responsibilities Market Outreach & Relationship ManagementConduct a minimum of 100 in-person meetings per month with potential referral sources, including pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, OT/Speech providers, hospitals, employers, and community organizations.
Conduct regular "drops" to distribute branded marketing materials and leave a positive, lasting impression of Mindcolor’s mission.
Identify and qualify new referral opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for potential community partners.
Assist in hosting and attending community marketing events to build brand awareness.
Maintain consistent contact with prospective sources to provide updates on center progress and intake availability.
Data & Reporting- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate list of referral sources and outreach activities using Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Growth and Partnerships on meeting quotas, lead quality, and community feedback.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all materials and messaging align with Mindcolor’s scope of services and values.
- Foster relationships with other disciplines (OT, Speech) to facilitate holistic care for prospective clients.
- Assist Center Directors in existing regions with localized community responsibilities.

Strong time management skills to balance a high volume of meetings and follow-ups. - Relationship Building:
