Coeus Consulting is looking for a talented Project Engineer to provide top notch support to our customers.
We are a growing small business start-up that offers Information Technology solutions to clients in the public and private sectors across Arizona and the Southwest.
You’ll be providing on-site and off-site project support for our customers, working in the front lines to ensure that we’re providing high quality service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project delivery for on-prem and cloud technologies
- Conducting assessments for customers and prospects
- Scoping product and services for new project proposals
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems, processes, and client interactions
- Assisting Service Desk team with escalations
What Do We Need?
- Solid troubleshooting and critical thinking skills!
- A strong focus on customer service
- Time management skills and flexibility are crucial; you’ll need to be able to work independently and adapt on the fly
- Experience deploying/migrating and troubleshooting Microsoft cloud services including Exchange, Entra (Azure) AD, Purview, and Intune/MDM
- Experience with Microsoft 365 server-less migrations (email, file shares to Sharepoint/Onedrive, AD to Azure AD, GPO to Intune)
- Experience deploying Meraki switches, firewalls, and Wi Fi
- Experience deploying servers using HPE or Dell hardware
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems, processes, and client interactions
What Would We Appreciate?
It would be great if you have a familiarity with any of these:
- Previous experience working at an MSP
- Experience with on-prem to ‘cloud’ server migrations
- Experience with scripting in Powershell
- Experience with backup and DR, especially using Veeam
- Deployment experience with spam filtering solutions such as Barracuda
- Deployment experience with Cisco Duo MFA
- Deployment experience with Cisco Umbrella
- Deployment experience with Sentinel One MDR
- Experience with remote connectivity applications including VPN and RDP
- Experience troubleshooting firewall issues with Meraki, Fortigate, or Cisco CLI products
- Experience troubleshooting switch & WiFI issues with Meraki, Aruba, or Cisco CLI Products
- Experience working with compliance frameworks like HIPAA and NIST 800-171
- Working knowledge of Connectwise and Datto RMM
