Construction Superintendent

Location: Parker

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent in Parker AZ for an Industrial Project.

Responsible for leading construction projects up to $10M, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, labor, and materials. Manages field teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintains client communication, enforces safety and quality standards, and drives productivity across all phases of construction. Requires strong leadership, planning, and knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and project controls. Travel required.

Experience
-Have demonstrated success as a Craft Superintendent for a minimum of 2 projects
-Manage up to 7 direct reports
-Lead/direct a field crew of 100 people
-10 years of experience
