Robotics Field Service Technical Support Engineer

A robotics company is expanding its U.S. engineering presence and looking to bring on an Engineer / Technical Lead to own complex mobile manipulator and collaborative robot systems in the field. This role sits at the intersection of hands‑on engineering, customer support, and product influence, with a direct line into leadership and the global engineering team. The environment is fast-moving and high-impact — you’d be the senior technical voice in the U.S., supporting deployments, troubleshooting real customer issues, contributing to roadmap decisions, and helping shape how these systems succeed in the market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• Preferred majors:
  Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering

• Provide on‑site technical support for deployed robotic systems at customer locations
• Assist sales team with technical consulting and pre‑sales support
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with system integration partners on design, setup, and inspection
• Conduct inventory inspections and manage product inbound/outbound logistics
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Identify and report technical risks and improvement opportunities to HQ
• Maintain service history and documentation
• Support company exhibitions and trade shows with technical expertise
