MS Power Platform Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Arlington, TX that is seeking a MS Power Platform Architect.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions, including apps, dashboards, automations, and integrations

* Assist with refining requirements, shape the backlog, and align technical priorities to business goals

* Maintain architectural documentation that supports governance, clarity, and knowledge sharing across IT

* Lead requirements sessions and translate business needs into scalable, secure solution designs

* Design data architectures using Dataverse and connectors to support integration, modeling, and governance

* Extend platform capabilities with Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure integrations using best-practice patterns

* Oversee testing, deployment, and lifecycle management in compliance with governance standards

* Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to support performance, maintainability, and standards alignment

* Collaborate across development, project, business analysis, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate in architecture or advanced development roles

* Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)

* Strong experience with SQL, relational database design, data modeling, and enterprise integration

* Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills

* Familiarity with APIs, custom connectors, and external system integration patterns

* Solid understanding of Power Platform performance, security, and governance principles

* Background in Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML5

* Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Agile delivery methods

* Proficiency with Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, Visual Studio, or similar CI/CD tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
