Job Summary:

Outdoor’s vast out‑of‑home advertising inventory. Responsibilities include installing copy, performing light maintenance, and conducting standard warehousing activities while ensuring safety compliance.

• Safely installs production material on bulletins, posters, and other advertising products (e.g., vinyl products on billboards).
• Ensures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.
• Inspects site and reports any issues such as tree blockage or structure problems, using a mobile platform (iOS or Android).
• Maintains sites, trims trees and shrubs, paints signs, clears debris, and reports any landlord issues or complaints.
• Reviews work instructions and inputs data after each job using company‑issued equipment and systems.
• Takes photographs of completed jobs as required.
• Performs standard warehousing activities (receiving, shipping, etc.) related to billboard copy material, billboard components, and other equipment.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Certifications – High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
• Work Experience – Minimum one year of related work experience (e.g., light/medium construction, delivery‑type role).
• Skills – Required climbing up to 100 feet or higher; capable of utilizing mobile platforms to track work tasks, report issues, take photographs, complete forms, and input hours. Competent in Microsoft Outlook. Highly disciplined, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Regularly required to lift, pull, push, or position heavy objects, ladders, ropes, pulleys, material, and other equipment exceeding 75 pounds. Must climb ladders and stairs and work at heights of 100 feet or more. Walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions. Works outdoors, with seasonal exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and marked temperature changes.

Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class preferred.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
