Position:  Entry Level Sales and Marketing
We are an importer/agent of Seasonal décor, General merchandise, Consumer Electronics and Hardware products in Grand Prairie, Texas for the past 14 years selling to major retailers in US, and Canada. As our company growing we are looking for the Junior Sales/Marketing that can work in our company for long term and willing to grow. We are looking for a stable person that looking for career advancement in our small company at this point.

Position Summary
Responsible for conceptualizing, communicating and executing the direction and development of assigned buying/sales projects from inception to completion and orders.  Works closely with Customers and sales reps to gain knowledge of opportunities in the marketplace and propose solutions to fit with the marketing direction and the brand strategies taking into account price points and marketing mix.  Project coordination will include both assigning and managing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position:
 Take lead on new projects from customers and sales reps.
 Actively searches for new customers, sales reps, items, and new categories.
 Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues for the customers
 Active following up with order status and shipping on the customers as a part of customer service.
 Fast learner of our products lines and analysis of our competitors as well.
 Liaison between our Sales reps and Retail Customers.
 Position may require up to 35% domestic/international travel.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience needed to successfully perform job:
 Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Entourage)
 Some experience in the import/wholesale industry would be a plus.
 Must be detailed oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
 Business degree required

Physical Demands:
 Sit throughout the day
 Use a computer/keyboard/phone throughout the day
 Ability to move/lift 30lbs.
 Ability to use land/air transportation for out of office travel as required.
 Ability to set up and attend various trade shows.

Work Conditions:
 General office conditions
 Health and Dental Insurance provided after 3 months of work.
 Simple IRA plan after 6 months of work.

Bachelor,   Less than 1 Year work experience
