Painter Apprentice

Location: Dallas Region
(Must report to job sites as scheduled)
Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Starting Pay: $19.25/hour + Overtime Opportunities
Reports To: Foreman & Field Operations Supervisor

You don’t need trade experience—just bring:

• About 6 months of general work history (preferred)
• Weekend availability
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to travel occasionally to neighboring states
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great attitude
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
• Valid driver’s license

Bonus (not required):

• Fast learner with a team‑first mindset
• Comfortable with physical, active work and heights
• Familiarity with construction tools or OSHA 10

This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll:

• Lift and carry 15–50 lbs
• Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Use tools and painting equipment
• Train to safely operate boom lifts
