Arlington, TX Onsite Material Handler I – Arlington, TX Distribution Center

Full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. No weekends or holidays. Paid Time Off includes 18 days during the first year. Day 1 benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Seven paid holidays. Company contributes 6% to a 401(k) with immediate vesting.

• Perform safe and accurate manual packing of product.
• Put away product and pick orders to meet production standards within the Distribution Center.
• Package inbound material, including assortment kit assembly, using labeling systems, printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical staplers and shrink-wrap.
• Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry.
• Pick orders on the floor level of the warehouse using non‑powered industrial equipment.
• Perform cart put‑away, restocking, and assist with inventory cycle counts on the floor level of the warehouse.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of general knowledge of distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Average math skills and effective reading and writing skills.
• Problem‑solving ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the time in a warehouse environment.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
