- Manage M365/Azure Active Directory permissions, implementing Least Privilege access models.
- Maintain and customize SharePoint Online sites using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) where out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient.
- Word Press & Cloud.gov (External Presence)
- Oversee the development, security, and maintenance of the agency’s public website hosted on Word Press.
- Manage deployment pipelines to Cloud.gov (or similar PaaS), ensuring high availability and adherence to federal security standards.
- Implement custom themes and plugins while ensuring the site meets the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) standards.
- Coordinate with the Security team to ensure all public-facing assets pass regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
- Systems Architecture & Security
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud-based infrastructure, specifically Azure Government and FedRAMP authorized services.
- Develop integrations between SharePoint and Word Press (e.g., automated document publishing) via APIs or middleware.
- Maintain technical documentation and System Security Plans (SSPs) required for Authority to Operate (ATO) renewals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in web development and systems administration, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Microsoft 365.
- Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, including migration experience and SPFx development.
- Demonstrated success in building enterprise-grade Power Apps and complex Power Automate flows.
- Senior-level experience in PHP-based Word Press development, specifically within a containerized or PaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing applications on Cloud.gov, AWS Gov Cloud, or Azure Government.
