Sr. Specialist – GenAI​/ML, Accelerate Compute, Data & AI GTM

Overview

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Models team, responsible for helping our customers build and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and use cases across industry verticals. You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services.

You will be working directly with GenAI model providers, Inference service providers, and ISVs, around model performance evaluations and optimization on AWS infrastructure, developing demos and proof-of-concepts of GenAI end applications and use cases with large models.

• You will help develop the industry’s best cloud-based solutions to grow the GenAI business. Working closely with our product and field teams and partners like ISVs and 3rd party model providers, you will help enable new capabilities for our customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads across Edge devices and AWS. This involves activities like market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC), creating content to train the field teams, and driving thought-leadership.
• Lead engagements with startups and large enterprises leveraging GenAI and related services; articulate benefits of GenAI-related solutions to data scientists and C-Level executives; stay informed on GenAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and evangelism.
• Drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling GenAI on AWS; interact with customers to understand business problems and work with GenAI model providers and solutions architects to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams and product teams to drive model implementations and develop new solutions; interact and partner with other AWS teams and external customers and partners.

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience negotiating complex agreements with an understanding of legal terminology
