Location: Washington, DC

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance required; eligibility for TS clearance preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time

Customer: Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)

Position Overview

Cornerstone is seeking experienced Performance/Data Analyst III personnel to support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), and associated operational coordination activities. Personnel will provide advanced analytics, enterprise reporting, data science, visualization, and operational assessment support within a high-visibility federal mission environment. The selected candidates will support enterprise-level data analysis efforts involving multiple law enforcement and government information systems.

Personnel will develop analytical products, dashboards, performance metrics, operational assessments, executive-level reporting solutions, and data-driven decision support products supporting operational planning, mission coordination, and leadership decision‑making.

Responsibilities
  • Lead advanced data analytics, operational reporting, and enterprise performance assessment activities supporting executive and operational stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, executive reporting products, and operational performance metrics
  • Perform statistical analysis, trend analysis, predictive analytics, and operational assessments utilizing structured and unstructured datasets
  • Design, develop, and support ETL processes, data integration activities, and data normalization efforts across multiple enterprise systems
  • Utilize SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and related analytical platforms to support data-driven operational activities
  • Conduct operational trend analysis, data correlation analysis, and performance measurement activities
  • Support enterprise data governance, validation, quality assurance, audit readiness, and reporting standardization initiatives
  • Develop technical documentation, analytical methodologies, reporting procedures, data dictionaries, and process documentation
  • Coordinate with federal leadership, analysts, technical personnel, and external stakeholders regarding reporting requirements and analytical priorities
  • Support enterprise reporting modernization initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
  • Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transfer and analytical best practices across the support team
  • Ensure compliance with federal information security, privacy, and data handling requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting advanced analytics, enterprise reporting, business intelligence, operational analytics, or federal reporting activities
  • Experience utilizing Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or similar analytical and visualization platforms
  • Experience performing large-scale data analysis, operational reporting, and executive-level reporting support
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, data governance, and enterprise data management principles
  • Experience supporting federal operational environments, law enforcement organizations, or interagency reporting environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain required clearance
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related technical or analytical field
  • Experience supporting DOJ, FBI, DHS, or intelligence community organizations
  • Experience supporting predictive analytics, network analysis, or enterprise data integration activities
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization or data governance initiatives
  • Experience supporting operational coordination centers or mission support environments
  • Active Top Secret Clearance or TS/SCI eligibility

Target Salary Range

Starting at $145,000 annually, depending on qualifications, technical capability, experience, and clearance status.
