Enterprise Engineering is a fast‑paced business focused on helping Amazonians by providing productivity tools and developing capabilities to improve productivity. We're seeking a creative, industrious, customer‑obsessed Program Manager to join a team with a high‑impact mission.
Key Responsibilities- Drive cross‑functional initiatives that support enterprise solutions across Amazon's internal tools.
- Define program scope, build execution plans, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure delivery against milestones.
- Coordinate between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to keep programs on track and remove blockers as they arise.
- Establish mechanisms for tracking progress, escalating risks, and communicating status to senior leadership.
- Drive alignment across diverse teams, facilitate decision‑making, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Manage program timelines, run operating rhythms (standups, reviews, retrospectives), identify and mitigate risks, and report on program health.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle from kickoff through launch, ensuring clear ownership at every stage.
- Develop communication plans, create process documentation, and establish mechanisms for measuring program outcomes and operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
- 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
