Opportunity
Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational knowledge management comes down to learning how an organization works and making it better. You will help identify long‑term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them. As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you’ll evaluate how changes impact business processes and design a knowledge management strategy that can be implemented to address and overcome systemic challenges, helping clients transform their practices.
YouHave
- 4+ years of experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies
- Experience working with clients to understand their issues, needs, missions, and future direction
- Experience building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office
365 platforms, including administration, development, and maintenance of enterprise solutions - Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to identify knowledge management, communications, and business process challenges, and implementing solutions to promote knowledge sharing and integration between information systems
- Experience evaluating, piloting, and integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to improve knowledge discovery, workforce productivity, and decision‑making
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, to develop automated workflows and connect enterprise systems
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online site collections
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Attention to detail and accuracy of information, including organizing large amounts of data, setting priorities, and advising stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client‑facing skills
- Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification

Salary range $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
