Senior PERSEC Specialist

Overview: TSA is currently seeking a Senior Personnel Security Specialist to support our NAVAIR customer in the DC Metro area.

• Provide personnel security support including clearance validation.
• Access control.
• Security file management.
• Processing of Program Access Requests.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10+ years supporting personnel security programs in DoD environments.
• Clearance:
  Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR and SCI eligibility.
• Baseline Certifications / Training: SFPC or PSC, IS123.16 – Acquisitions and Contracting Basics in the NISP.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000; actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
