Occupational Therapist Fellow, Hand Therapy
OverviewLocation:
UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO. Department: OT OP AOP. Full Time, 0.8 FTE (32 hours per two‑week pay period). Shift: Days. Pay: $38.72 – $58.08 per hour, depending on relevant experience.

SummaryEvaluates patients and plans. Implements an effective occupational therapy program based on assessment and psychological sensitivity. Maintains professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth. Completes residency requirements.
Responsibilities- Performs occupational therapy care for the residency‑specific patient population.
- Communicates findings and treatment plans to patients, families, care managers, providers, compliance, and payer sources.
- Completes required residency mentorship hours and assignments with supervising clinician(s).
- Completes written and live residency testing requirements, didactic learning sessions, classes, lab work, clinical observation and education requirements.
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- CO State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider; BLS card valid within sixty days of hire.
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- One year of clinical experience as a clinician.
- Experience as a Level II student in hand therapy.
- Passed NBCOT exam.
- Current AOTA member.
