Primary purpose:
The Oracle Project Manager leads end-to-end cloud implementations and enhancements (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM), managing project plans, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication to deliver systems related IT projects on time.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of an Oracle Fusion Cloud program and multiple project deliveries. Key job responsibilities include coordinating the Oracle Fusion program roadmap, leading end-to-end cloud implementations and enhancements (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM), managing project plans, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication to deliver systems related IT projects on time.

Acting as the central point of coordination for stakeholders, the Project Manager drives governance, issue resolution, change management, and cutover readiness, ensuring a smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Cloud functionality.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout).
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Drive delivery across functional work streams (e.g., ERP HCM, SCM, EPM) and technical work streams (integrations, reporting, security, data migration).
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, and resources; proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to implementation methodology (e.g., Oracle Unified Method/OUM, AIM, Agile/Hybrid delivery models).
  • Facilitate coordination of Oracle Fusion program roadmap (multi‑release/multi‑quarter), including sequencing, dependencies, and value realization for planned implementations.
  • Manage and coordinate portfolio of Oracle Fusion related projects (e.g., Core Fusion implementation, integrations, etc.).
  • Coordinate enterprise change impacts across functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) with a single integrated plan.

Stakeholder & Governance Management:

  • Facilitate project governance: steering committees, status reporting, executive communications, and decision tracking.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for business leaders, IT leadership, system integrators, and third‑party vendors.
  • Translate business needs into project deliverables and ensure stakeholder alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Establish and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control processes.
  • Facilitate decision‑making across key stakeholders and resolve cross‑functional conflicts and priority tradeoffs.

Functional & Technical Oversight:

  • Coordinate solution design and validate that Oracle Fusion configurations align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee key project deliverables: requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, cutover, hypercare, and closeout.
  • Ensure quality management across testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression testing) and remediation of defects, coordinating best testing practices with testing teams and business analysts.

Change Management & Readiness:

  • Partner with change management leads to support communication, training plans, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Drive adoption by ensuring business process alignment, training execution, and support model readiness.
  • Plan and execute cutover and go‑live activities, including stabilization/hypercare and transition to operations.

Financial & Vendor Management:

  • Manage project and/or program budget, forecasting, and financial tracking (capital vs. expense where relevant).
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with external implementation partners, including overseeing vendor performance, SOW deliverables, and resource planning; manage escalations and contract compliance.
  • Track and report KPIs such as schedule variance, budget variance, delivery progress, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing to develop and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Specific Knowledge:
