Security Officer Mobile Patrol

Position: Security Officer Mobile Patrol Full Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related responsibilities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and document daily activities, incidents, and security-related concerns in required reports.;
Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with crowd management and/or access restrictions, and helping occupants and visitors during disruptions or evacuations as directed.
