Transmission Ops Specialist: Underground Maintenance Admin

Assist in overseeing procurement and vendor payment activities for Transmission including both Underground Transmission and Transmission), O&M, and capital material and services. Manage the administrative areas of the vegetation management program and line maintenance operation. Performs administrative functions for Transmission Operations and provides administrative support and assistance for the General Manager and/or direct reports along with S/TSo EH&S Manager. Team members must be committed to excellence, and personnel safety, be able to provide exemplary customer service, collaborate with co-workers to arrive at sound business resolutions, demonstrate a high energy level, work under pressure, and be able to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting stringent deadlines.

Strong organizational, teamwork, initiative, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
