We are currently looking for a Site HSE Supervisor to join our Grid & Digital solutions department as part of the Thermal Power & HVDC division of Metlen Energy & Metals, based in Akaltsikhe, Georgia.

• Extracting and implementing HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information, ensuring compliance.
• Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plan to address foreseeable health and safety issues.
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date H&S files.
• Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and ensure fire regulation compliance.
• Leading HSE initiatives, manage subcontractor H&S, coordinate emergency procedures.
• Conducting accident investigations and produce detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

• HSE construction experience (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
• Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage.
• University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of Georgian HSE Legislation
• Fluent English and Georgian.
