Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in project management systems, such as Asana
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Associated Press style
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications practices
  • Familiarity with higher education

Position Summary:

The Executive Account Manager plays many critical roles that ensure efficient workflows are in place to achieve timely outcomes and deliverables of the highest quality and standard. This position is responsible for building relationships with key campus clients and working with division colleagues to set checkpoints, allocate resources, develop, and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that achieve our mission and strategic goals.

The Executive Account Manager serves as the manager for all major accounts, including the Office of the President, the Office of the Provost, and the Division of Development and Alumni Relations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Familiarity with digital communications platforms, content management systems, and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of judgment, discretion, and professionalism
