The e-cigarette that has managed to dominate the American market, now also becomes a trend in Europe! Our company provides customer service for its users, so we are hiring Czech speakers to join us & work as support representatives to:
Position Requirements
High School,   Less than 1 Year work experience
Assist customers with new orders
Educate users how to use the product
Provide technical troubleshooting
Maintain customer satisfaction & loyalty
Requirements of this position include good communication skills in Czech, knowledge of English & familiarity with computers and MS Office. Additionally, work experience in customer service, healthcare or pharmacy will be considered as advantage.
Required Language Skills:
  • Czech - Very good
  • English - Good
