Full-time

• Execute welds in adherence to governing specifications, such as AWS D1.1 and D1.3 specifications, to ensure compliance.
• Inspect and approve proper fit‑up procedures were followed prior to welding.
• Follow weld maps meticulously and implement welds in alignment with Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) guidelines.
• Proficiently operate cranes and lifting equipment to handle materials.
• Utilize safe rigging practices for efficient material movement.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all area‑specific work procedures.
• Adhere strictly to Red Dot Corporation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of beams post‑welding, preparing them for entry into the paint shop.
• Undertake special assignments and additional duties as needed.
• Set up welding equipment, calibrate properly, and conduct equipment maintenance as necessary.

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of math and/or science.
• Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding.
