Job Location – Athens, TX

Pay: $14.90/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime: Saturday as needed

Remedy Staffing is hiring Guide Wire Operators for a manufacturing facility in Athens, TX. In this role, you will assemble precision guide wires and operate production equipment to ensure high-quality products. • Assemble guide wires using small, repetitive hand movements
• Set up, start, and document welder operations
• Operate equipment such as welders, soldering tools, and buffing machines
• Use measuring instruments and follow blueprints or component instructions
• Wrap, bag, label, and package finished products
• Load and unload wires from conveyors, racks, and ovens
• Prepare components for processing and production flow
• Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders throughout shift
• Moderate physical activity in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and instructions
