Senior Accountant

Schedule: In office Monday through Friday, hybrid flexibility available after training

A growing professional services organization in the Atlanta market is seeking a Senior Accountant to support internal accounting operations and ongoing financial infrastructure growth. This role offers strong exposure across the accounting function and a path toward full cycle ownership over time.

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, including American Express.
• Support payroll processing for approximately 150 employees.
• Assist with commission reporting and review compensation tracking models.
• Process and manage select accounts payable for high value vendors.
• Support month end close and financial reporting processes.
• Partner with external accounting consultants during transition and training.
• Assist in building internal accounting processes and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Staff or Senior Staff accounting experience, 4-5 years, (Salesforce ERP).
• Experience in both cash basis and accrual accounting environments preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and general ledger foundation.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and cross functional teams.
• CPA or CPA track is a plus, not required.
• ERP exposure is helpful, not required.

• Salary target around $90K, open up to $105K depending on experience and credentials. Higher end must have CPA or on CPA Track.
