Front Desk/Receptionist
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Office Services/Guest Services Associate to oversee daily office operations, hospitality/office services, and workplace experience. This role is considered a lead role due to the responsibility level of this position that ensures a professional, welcoming, and well-organized environment for employees and guests from. This job sits at the front desk, which means you are the first point of contact.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, pantry, and facilities coordination
- Oversee front desk, concierge, and guest services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and issues
- Coordinate vendors, janitorial, maintenance, and catering services
- Support meetings, events, and conferences (room setup, catering, A/V)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously improve office services
- 2–3 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or workplace operations
- Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Corporate polish and a positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred
