Junior Graphic Designer

Wripple's airline client is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who will work closely with Art Directors and Creative Leadership. This individual will work with the Global Communications team to design assets for over 100k employees and other internal brand communications, media, and PR placements. This role requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to produce and update assets in a timely manner.

NOTE:

This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week contract rolewith opportunities to extend.
You absolutely must be ATL-based and open to 3 days/week onsite to apply.

• Always aspires for creative excellence.
• Marries the written word with visual design to create powerful compelling messages.
• Produces creative assets as directed in the creative brief, including but not limited to digital assets such as emails, banners ads, social media creative, etc.
• Employee brand collateral design and print production
• Asset retouching, re-sizing and manipulation
• Presentation templates
• Delivers scalable creative solutions that drive results.
• Works within project timelines.
• Follows processes for proofing, template consistency and brand compliance.
• Enforces brand standards.
• Serves as a thought-partner by bringing new creative ideas to ongoing campaigns.

• Strong portfolio with at least 1-3 years of graphic design experience showcased.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
  InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Proficiency in Figma
• Animation skills a huge plus (Adobe After Effects)
• Solid understanding of web/mobile standards, email, digital ad campaigns and social platforms.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across different projects.
• Strong project management, time management and attention to detail.
• Individual must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team.
• Team player who is good at juggling priorities and managing time to achieve a balance of creativity and quality, while respecting timings and budgets.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, editorial sensibility, innovative design and latest trends.
• Maintains positive attitude under pressure, quick deadlines and multi-round revisions.
• Experience working on political campaigns or familiar with the creative demand a plus.
