Responsible for processing document requests from the Servicing Department. Involves tracking, receiving, shipping and filing documents from closing attorneys, sub-servicers, investors and others. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and process lien release requests from sub-servicer.
  • Retrieve hard copy documents from vault.
  • Receive and identify hard copy documents.
  • Receiving and filing of hard copy documents in vault
  • Use loan operating system (Encompass) to record transaction(s).
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word.
  • Industry and Work Experience:

  • 1 year of Mortgage experience.
  • Academic:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
