Requirements:
* 4+ years of recent accounts receivable/commercial collections experience preferably in a high volume environment
* Credit holds/releases
* Payment negotiations
* Excel proficiency to include pivot tables and v/x lookup .
Essential Job Functions
* Provides customer service regarding collection issues (payments), processes and reviews account adjustments, resolve discrepancies on accounts.
* Responsible for high volume of communication to customers
* Research of misapplied payments and recommends write-offs
* Processes settlement offers and provides collection agencies proper documentation.
* Communicates effectively in a timely manner towards inquiry resolution
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
