We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of IT infrastructure and application development projects. This role requires a hands‑on, confident project leader who can manage complex initiatives, multiple stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams while driving accountability, quality, and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong project discipline, technical fluency across infrastructure and development environments, and the ability to operate effectively in high‑visibility, fast‑paced settings.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management & Delivery
Lead multiple IT projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closeout.
Manage a mix of infrastructure, cloud, platform, and application development projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively drive resolution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Infrastructure & Technical Projects
Manage infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, network‑related efforts, and enterprise platform implementations.
Coordinate closely with infrastructure engineers, architects, and vendors to align timelines and technical deliverables.
Understand and communicate infrastructure concepts, dependencies, and constraints to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide clear, detailed, and consistent project status reporting, including progress, risks, issues, and action items.
Manage expectations, navigate challenging stakeholder interactions, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Translate business needs into actionable project plans and communicate technical concepts in plain language.
- Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross‑functional teams including infrastructure, development, QA, business, and external partners.
Drive accountability and ownership across project team members.
Foster a collaborative, results‑driven environment focused on execution and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate strong follow‑through, attention to detail, and pride in quality outcomes.
- Requirements & Documentation
Lead requirements gathering and documentation, including scope definitions, technical requirements, and change requests.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the lifecycle.
Enforce project governance, standards, and best practices.
PMP certification (or actively pursuing); CAPM, CSM, or Project+ also considered.
Experience working in hybrid or Agile delivery environments.
