Enterprise Integration Product Manager About the Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Integration Product Manager to lead complex, cross?functional initiatives that power enterprise growth. This role blends product management (defining problems, outcomes, and roadmaps) with program leadership (planning, dependencies, and delivery).
You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver integrations that connect systems, enable scale, and drive real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Planning- Define clear problem statements, value hypotheses, and success metrics
- Build and maintain an outcome?focused roadmap and backlog
- Communicate changes with clear context around why, impact, and what’s next
- Apply strong analytical thinking to product planning and initiative discovery
- Lead discovery and requirements sessions with Commercial, Brand, Finance/Legal, Channel, and Operations partners
- Translate insights into clear, lean PRDs and source?of?truth artifacts
- Maintain high?quality documentation including PRDs, process maps, decision logs, and integration documentation
- Break down complex integration and data topics into clear, one?page decision briefs and visuals
- Quickly summarize information and identify key patterns, risks, and dependencies
- Build integrated delivery plans across Product, Engineering, and Data
- Own and manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Drive predictable execution and elevate tradeoffs with clear options
- Run effective ceremonies including planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and risk/dependency reviews
- Hold owners accountable and keep work moving forward
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross?functional partners
- Facilitate decision forums and clearly document outcomes
- Coordinate rollout plans, readiness criteria, and operating playbooks
- Track adoption and performance after launch and iterate based on real?world results
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, program management, or enterprise integration roles
- Experience leading complex initiatives in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, platforms, and ecosystem impacts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable presenting to both business leaders and technical teams
- Highly organized, detail?oriented, and process?driven
- Experience working with global or multi?brand organizations
- Background in hospitality, travel, or enterprise software environments
- Familiarity with hospitality technology ecosystems such as:
- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Central Reservations Systems (CRS)
- Revenue Management Systems
- Sales and Distribution platforms
