Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Mobile Device Management Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for taking in mobile device requests through Rollins' Service Now ticketing portal. This person will be the POC facilitating requests of giving Rollins employees net new or replacement wireless devices. Additionally, this person will also be working with the acquisition team to replace, purchase, and allocate new wireless devices to both current Rollins employees and new employees through acquired companies.
Pay rate for this position is between $28/hr and $33/hr.

- Wireless industry experience
- Experience working with a wireless carrier
- Verizon, AT&T, etc.
- Basic understanding of smartphone and tablet operation
- Will mostly be working with Apple products
- Service Now experience
- Understanding of asset management
- Understanding of device line updates and changes
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good customer service skills
- Will be working with a lot of non-IT people, must have ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Any MDM experience
- Working with Intune or Jamf devices
