Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and help build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of monitoring systems like Prometheus, advanced scripting capabilities, and experience working with cloud-native technologies and platforms. This role blends software engineering and systems engineering to support, configure, and optimize production systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using cloud-native technologies
• Monitor system performance and reliability using Prometheus and other observability tools
• Write and maintain scripts across multiple languages (e.g., Bash, Power Shell) to automate tasks and manage infrastructure
• Develop and maintain services and tools using Go
• Collaborate with application development and operations teams to support and troubleshoot issues across the stack
• Customize, configure, and maintain applications, ensuring efficient integration and support across platforms
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar Dev Ops role
• Strong experience with Prometheus and observability best practices
• Advanced scripting skills in multiple scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Power Shell)
• Experience programming in Go
• Deep understanding of cloud-native platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience working in high-availability production environments
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and CI/CD principles
