Job Overview
Lead, AI Product Management & Value Realization – Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities to drive business value through AI and ML solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to measure and track the value of AI and ML solutions, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) calculations to inform funding decisions and ensure AI and ML solutions deliver expected business value.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and prioritize use cases for AI and ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s AI and ML landscape, including existing solutions, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI and ML solutions that may impact value delivered.
- Stay up‑to‑date on emerging AI and ML technologies and best practices.
- Plan, implement, and measure AI solutions that drive business value.
- Identify potential costs and benefits associated with AI and ML implementations.
- Develop business cases for AI solutions, including cost, value, and ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business value and solution effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis to measure AI solution performance and value realization.
- Identify opportunities to improve AI and ML implementation, optimizing value delivered.
- Manage AI project budgets and resources, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery.
- Requires a bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience conducting data, financial, and cost‑benefit analyses.
- Equivalent experience: a master’s degree with 4 years of experience, or a PhD with 1 year of experience.
- 6 years of experience in each of the following areas: using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; performing data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining; and calculating ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO).
- 1 year of experience managing AI and ML projects, including budget and resource management.
Base salary range: $160,425 – $181,736 annually, based on location and candidate qualifications. Potential eligibility for incentive program.
Benefits include: unlimited paid vacation consistent with duties and company requirements; 7 paid holidays per calendar year; up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually; additional paid time off for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer time, military leave, and parental leave.
