Role
Description:
With more than 60 nonprofit partners and 250 service projects annually, Pebble Tossers relies on Service Coordinators to make many of the service projects possible.
By joining our team, you help maximize the positive impact youth volunteers make. Your facilitation ensures every opportunity serves as a foundation for leadership development.
What you will do in your role:
- Lead and supervise community service projects across Metro Atlanta
- Check‑in volunteers and make them feel welcome
- Assist kids, teens, and families as they engage in volunteer activities
- Help volunteers connect with the service project and cause through engaging conversation
- Represent Pebble Tossers and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and nonprofit partners
- Provide updates to the Pebble Tossers team on key outcomes of the project (i.e., names of volunteers present, number of cards/kits/etc. made)

Requirements:
- Complete a background check
- Complete our Service Coordinator training
- Commit to leading six (6) projects per year
- Have a connection to our mission and a heart for service
- Must be 18 or older

Pebble Tossers is Metro Atlanta’s premier youth service organization focused on providing families with a comprehensive path to youth development through service to others, from preschool to graduation. Customized programming empowers youth to lead by providing them with age‑appropriate service opportunities infused with a unique service‑learning curriculum focusing on social‑emotional learning, positive youth development, social justice, and positive psychology.
