The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting strategic growth across Electra Grid Solutions by executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support business development efforts, and drive engagement across targeted markets. This role supports both regulated and non-regulated utility projects through coordinated marketing campaigns, content development, and internal collaboration, playing a key role in increasing visibility, reinforcing customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth.

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination between business development, operations, leadership, and external partners. Success in this role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to maintaining consistent messaging across digital platforms, proposals, and corporate communications.

Education
  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
  • Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.
  • Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.
Experience
  • Experience in utilities, energy, or construction-related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to track opportunities and customer engagement.
  • Background in working with Canva, all social media platforms, Adobe, etc.
