Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Massachusetts, working nights on a 15-bed L&D unit with mother-baby rooming-in care.

• Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Beginner)
• Preferred certifications: AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate and Advanced)
• Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit in an inpatient hospital setting
• Rooming-in model where all infants stay with mothers; newborn nursery available for infants requiring additional care
• Patient population includes neonates and adults
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Omnicell medication system used
• SBAR communication protocol used
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply but will be screened based on experience
• Charge nurse experience is not required or preferred for this role
