- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing website design, marketing automation, digital advertising, and social media channels to boost brand presence and engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring all posts are compelling, accurate, and on-brand.
- Aid in social media marketing efforts and digital promotions.
- Attending casino events, entertainment shows, and offsite sponsor ships to conduct live streams and record footage for promotional use.
- Generate and schedule engaging social media posts, promotional materials, and coordinate content calendars.
- Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide insights for future strategies.
- Interact with online communities to enhance engagement and foster a positive brand image.
- Work closely with multiple departments and vendors to gather information, images, and graphics needed for campaigns. Coordinate online giveaways and sweepstakes.
- Conduct research within the industry and provide insights into the digital marketing team to stay ahead of market trends.
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel.
- Smile and engage with guests, team members and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform other job duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
- Experience working in Gaming & Casinos is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with email service programs, digital channels, and the MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests, external agencies, vendors, and team members. Proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Basic photography experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Knowledge of social media management/monitoring platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced environments and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests, external agencies, vendors, and team members.
- Superior organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in assisting and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in supporting content development and production processes.
- Competency in performing data entry tasks accurately.
- Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable in understanding and executing verbal and written instructions.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
